a) Bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be sent only when the Kronomasters c/c is actually credited, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is considered automatically canceled. The purpose of the bank transfer must include the order ID (order number), which is communicated in the order confirmation email. The bank details for the payment by bank transfer are:

b) PayPal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the customer and in the case of non-acceptance by Kronomasters, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, in no case Kronomasters can be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure is Kronomasters able to know the customer’s financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Kronomasters computer archive contains or retains such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account, the customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
c) Credit card
We accept payments with all credit cards. By choosing to pay by credit card, each payment is processed with maximum security thanks to the use of advanced e-commerce technologies and SSL encryption systems to protect the personal data of users’ credit cards from unauthorized access. SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer) uses encryption to transfer data, which means credit card details are not accessible to third parties.
d) Cash on delivery
In Italy, you can pay your order in cash directly to the courier who will deliver the products to you. The cash payment method has an additional cost of 8 €. In case of cash on delivery it is always advisable to prepare the cash in precise banknotes and coins. Kronomasters cannot guarantee that all dispatchers have the change available for cash payment.
INVOICES
Kronomasters does not issue any invoice for the material shipped unless expressly requested by the customer. To issue the invoice, it is necessary to make an explicit request by email, indicating the billing address including tax code and/or VAT number. The lack of this information makes it impossible to generate the invoice. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. The invoice must be requested within 7 working days of order confirmation.
