HERE’S HOW TO DO IT:

  1. Send us an email to customercare@kronomasters.com, indicating the order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email) and the products you want to return.
  2. Describe clearly the problem encountered, attaching at least one photograph
  3. Prepare the products by packing them or placing them in a box
  4. Send them by any courier of your choice to this address:

ACCREDITATION

The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. We will send you an email as soon as we have processed the return and authorized the refund. The times are different depending on the bank and the payment method used. If you have not received any message within this timeframe, contact our customer service.

WARRANTY

All products marketed by Kronomasters are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to Article 129 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). By virtue of the legal guarantee, Kronomasters is liable to the consumer (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, industrial, commercial, craft or professional activities), for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, so as required by article 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and within 24 months from the date of purchase. To use the assistance, the customer must keep the delivery note or the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods. The customer can always download the receipts relating to his purchases from the website www.kronomasters.com by accessing his reserved area.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs of the goods in case of return are charged to the buyer, who is free to use any courier of his choice. Kronomasters is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transport.

PRIVACY

The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to meet the express requests of the customer and will in no case and for no reason be transferred to third parties. Kronomasters guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in the Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03. As foreseen by the ex-article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the rights of the interested party: the processing of personal data has an exclusive commercial purpose and the requests are aimed only at practical use deriving from the sales relationship of the products we offer. Some of the required data are mandatory in view of payments and shipments for products sold to ensure greater security for both the customer and the company itself. The data will be processed exclusively by Kronomasters operators and professional figures inherent to the legal and commercial activity of the company itself.
