Orders with immediately available products are delivered to the courier within 24/48 working hours from the order:
– In Italy they are generally delivered within 24/48 working hours, via our trusted courier. The parcels are packed in such a way as to guarantee the total integrity of the package and its contents.
– In case of shipment to the islands, the south and peripheral locations, delivery can also take place within 72 working hours.
– For international shipments, delivery times vary according to the country, on average they are: 48/72h in Europe, 3/5 working days in the rest of the world.
How is delivery of my order?
All products are carefully packed and shipped with tracked and insured service. Kronomasters insures each watch for its total value and ships it with a tracking number.
You can check the current status of your order in your Reserved Area at any time while, if you have not registered on the site, you can track your shipment with the link we sent you by email, connecting directly to the courier's website .
Where is my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, both from Kronomasters and from the courier who took charge of the shipment. The email will contain a link with which you can independently check the status of the shipment.
You can check the status of the order and track the shipment at any time by clicking on the "Track your order" button in the "Customer Service" menu of the site. The shipment can also be traced directly from the courier's website through the e-mail that the same will send to the e-mail address entered during the order.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order has not yet arrived, we advise you to check the emails sent to you by Kronomasters.
If you have been sent an email with shipment tracking, you can contact directly the customer service of the courier who took charge of your package. It may happen that there are delivery delays caused by events not directly attributable to Kronomasters or to the courier who took delivery of your package (e.g. severe weather, checks by the authorities).
I have not received the shipment confirmation email, what should I do?
Delivery takes place on average in 24/48h (4-7 days for the USA and Australia) after shipment. Therefore, it may happen that you receive an email confirming shipment even the day before delivery. If, on the other hand, the order has not yet left Kronomasters logistics by the scheduled date, it is necessary to contact Kronomasters Customer Service in the "Customer Assistance" section of the site.

Is shipping free?
Shipping standard is always free.
Does the shipping cost include duties and customs charges?
Shipping costs include customs duties and charges for shipments to all member states of the European Community as well as the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Australia, the United Arab Emirates. For shipments to destinations other than those mentioned above, duties are not included in the final sale price and are charged to the customer according to the regulations of the country of destination.
Duties are also excluded for shipments to: • territories Austrian Jungholz and Mittelberg
• Principality of Monaco
• Republic of San Marino
• French Overseas Departments (DOM – Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Reunion)

Can I see and print order confirmations?
You can find and print your order confirmations in your Reserved Area by clicking on "Orders" and then on "View". Furthermore, you will receive a paper copy inside the package containing the watch. If you have not registered on the site, you can request your receipt by contacting Customer Service, via Whatsapp or by sending an email.
How can I make a return?
In order to facilitate the return operations, you will find a fillable electronic form that can be reached by clicking on the "Request a return" button present in the orders of your Reserved Area: by filling it out, you can submit your return request, if all conditions are met. This will only be possible after your package has been delivered.
Is the return free?
Yes, return shipping is free. To take advantage of the free return it is necessary to keep the original packaging supplied by Kronomasters, with the intact article tag and the article must be returned intact and complete in all its parts; in case of withdrawal this must be reused to pack the product, except in cases where the box has been damaged during transport (in this case it is necessary to promptly notify our Customer Service).
If the watch is not returned using the original box, the return shipping costs will be retained from the total refund.
Within how many days can I make the return?
You can return purchased products within 100 days from the delivery date.
How does the refund work?
In the event that the request and the return is sent within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product, a refund will be made. Starting from the 15th day, the product cannot be refunded in cash but a coupon code of the same value will be forwarded to be used again on www.kronomasters.com within 12 months from the date of issue.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the product you returned in our logistics, if the return is deemed suitable, the refund will be issued within 1-3 working days. It may take an additional 1-5 days for the credit to be credited in the case of an actual refund. In the event of a refund using a coupon, this will be issued immediately after the return has been judged suitable and sent via email.
Are there any exceptions on returns?
The return cannot be accepted if the item is not complete in all its parts or its nature has been altered. According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, you cannot request a return if you have purchased a personalized product (e.g. engraving on the caseback). Furthermore, starting from the 14th day after delivery, it will not be possible to return all accessory products and services (for example, straps or extra insurance).
How long is the warranty?
The products enjoy the official TWO YEAR warranty.
How does the guarantee work?
The guarantee lasts 2 years and, to request a guarantee intervention, you will need to access the appropriate area, by clicking on the "Warranty" button in the "Customer Assistance" menu of the site: you can fill in the form, select the type of problem and attach a photo. It is also possible to request assistance by contacting our Customer Service by telephone, Whatsapp or email, referring to the order number or email used when sending the order.
Can I request repairs out of warranty?
It will be possible to request assistance even after the terms of the guarantee have expired, as Kronomasters has a highly qualified internal Assistance Centre. In this case you will need to contact Customer Service, in the "Customer Assistance" section of the site, which will provide precise instructions on how to proceed depending on the brand.
What does the warranty cover?
• Battery manufacturing/material defects
• Crystal manufacturing/material defects (if Plus Glass insurance has not been purchased)
• Manufacturing/material defects case materials
• Manufacturing/material defects in the strap or bracelet
• Damage resulting from misuse, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
